Michael Douglas has shared a rare wedding photo of himself and his wife Catherine Zeta-Jones as the two celebrate a huge milestone in their marriage.
The 79-year-old posted a stunning picture of the pair on their special day on Instagram to surprise her 1.5 million followers.
In the photo, Michael and Catherine, 54, can be seen gazing lovingly at each other as they enjoy the first dance at their wedding.
Michael looks sharp in a black tuxedo, with a white waistcoat and white tie, with his hair slicked back for the big day.
Meanwhile, Catherine looks stunning in her wedding dress, with a veil, tiara and her green brunette in a chic bun.
He also took the opportunity to wish his beloved wife a happy anniversary as the two loved ones celebrate 23 years of marriage.
The film’s producer captioned it: “23 years old and Me, my darling @catherinezetajones! I can’t wait for 24! Happy #23yearanniversary.”
Catherine rushed to comment on the tribute, writing: “Love you girl, our dance is not over.”
The Mask of Zorro star also took to her own page to share a series of beautiful pictures of the couple over the years.
In one, the two can be seen smooching on their wedding day, while in another, the two are standing in front of the Taj Mahal in India.
She gushed: “Today we are celebrating 23 years of marriage. Darling Michael, waiting for your Nobel Peace Prize.
“I love you…oh your lady, Gold Medal recipient gold star.”
The A-List couple met at the Deauville American Film Festival in France in August 1998, after being introduced by fellow actor Danny DeVito.
The pair, who are 25 years apart, got engaged in 1999 and tied the knot at the Plaza Hotel in New York in November 2000.
Michael and Catherine have two children, 23-year-old Dylan Michael and 20-year-old Carys Zeta.
